See below eligibility criteria for the upcoming CSIT Games in Tortosa, Spain from 2nd to 7th July

And details of the event

Leinster Athletics are committed to this event every 2nd year as we see it as valuable experience for athletes that are starting out on their journey towards major Junior, U23 and Senior championship events.

It is a major financial commitment from Leinster but one we believe is worth it from an athlete development perspective.

We will again be sending 12 athletes (6 male & 6 female) and our focus is mainly on U23 athletes and younger but we also consider older athletes who have the potential to represent Ireland at future major championships.

Could we please ask Counties to submit athletes they consider are suitable for selection by 27th April. The team will be picked by a Leinster Committee by 1st May. Athletes will be notified promptly and if they accept place on team we will collect required information from them (passport etc) to allow us to meet the final entry deadline of 7th May

Many thanks

Did anybody come across a pair of Nike Zoom Waffle spikes on Sunday the 18th of January 2015 at the Cowpark, Dunboyne or its surrounds?

These belong to one of the International runners competing at the Celtic Games and it would be nice to get them back for him. They may have been in a 'Kit Kat' bag.

Also, a pair of Adidas spikes were found on the course and are being held by Dunboyne AC for their rightful owner.
